This is for the service department and in particular my service advisor, Wayne Chan! I was lucky to have been assigned to him since I bought my 528i 2016 in 2020. He has been always attentive and responsive to my needs. Also, he is very informative to what the car repairs would need and what is more priority to fix. Wayne Chan has always performed exemplary service even though he is clearly busy.

This is my second time getting a service at BMW Mountain View, both times with Kevin Tran and hes amazing! Hes super helpful, honest, and gives frequent updates to keep you in the loop. He helped me out with a loaner because my car was in the service center for multiple days and made the process so much easier. If you ever need any assistance, Kevin Tran is the guy!

I am on the 4th BMW leased car from BMW Mountain View over last 10 years, that says a lot about the 5 stars. The service level they provide, made me feel I have the best deal. I don't shop around, with cars or services, though I know there will be easily someone else can beat the quote. I don't like to spend time on car issues, when there is an issue, all I need is to email my advisor Wayne, who will take it from there, set up schedule, arrange loaner cars, let me know the issue and cost ( if there is any) return me a good safe clean car. Wayne is delightful, time after time, he takes out car worries out of my busy/demanding life, I think that is priceless. Yes, my biggest satisfaction is from Service dept. I truly believe everyone there has very good intention, and some are extremely dependable. Like everything in life, there can be issues expected/unexpected, same with the cars, and I have this experience that the firm resolve issues with honesty and pride and care of their customers, and that is what really matters to me. Second car I had had issues with door and window soon after the lease started, that led to inconsistent documentation before the car delivered to me, in the end, BMW mountain view ended the lease and switch to a new car for me. Yeah, if I have another BMW, it will be from here, it is the people count!
